Carlow Arts Festival, now in its 41st year, fosters culture and the arts in all its forms, promoting the growth of visual art, theatre, music, dance, spectacle, multi-disciplinary arts and entertainment; to advance education in the arts; to offer a diverse range of artistic experiences and activities; to appeal to domestic and international cultural visitors.
