Louise White is a Theatre & Performance Maker originally from Co. Laois. She trained at The Samuel Beckett Centre, Trinity College Dublin, at the Oxford School of Drama, and at The National College of Art and Design. She is committed to positioning art events that engage publicly and explore concepts of community and our socio-cultural environment. She does this by developing performance collaboratively and inter-disciplinarily.

Louise aims to design alternative experiences for audiences and has collaborated with many different practitioners including dancers, visual artists, culinary artists, composers, singers, actors and stage designers. She works with performers and participants’ personal stories; they are interwoven into the narrative, or employed as testimony in the final framework of performance.
